Every building on this property is crafted to inspire, each named after a local bird and featuring vibrant murals that celebrate the region’s wildlife. This design honours our natural surroundings, while the trails—named after the trees that flourish here—encourage exploration and connection to the environment. Together, these elements foster a creative space where art and nature beautifully intertwine.

The wall murals were done by Jeff Blackburn, a multidisciplinary artist with over a decade of experience producing and exhibiting projects. The thematic core of Blackburn’s work is an introspective exploration of personal connection, with individual exhibitions directed to more specific concepts such as social dynamics, isolation, and growth.

Drawing inspiration from both sequential art and the graffiti/post-graffiti movements, his work is known for its emphasis on line and texture, and its dissection of form using interpretive contour lines. Paintings are constructed by merging pop art aesthetics with urban art materials and techniques.
